This is a beginner economy top whorl drop spindle.  After having a spinner test my new drop spindles and with much information these are now ready for a new spinner.  These do not have a notch, I will have some later that do have a notch.
These weigh .720 oz so it is super light and have a brass tip.   The length is 9.5" and the whorl is 3.25 inches.
 
Update:  My father passed away this morning 10-11-2024. I need to close earlier than planned to take care of funeral arrangements.    Handywoman shop will close on October 12, 2024 and reopen on January 5th 2025.  No orders will be taken during this time and payment processing will be turned off.   All orders taken before shutting down will be shipped out as usual rest assured your orders will not be delayed at all by my closing.  USPS is slower during these last few months of the year so plan ahead.
